Conditions of Sale

As a factory Authorized Dealer, all guitars must be returned to the factory for Service.  ALL SALES are FINAL,  and only returnable with prior authorization from Guitar Maverick.  

Returns Policy

You may return most
NEW and UNOPENED items within 2 days of delivery for a refund.  You are responsible to pay for shipping and insure the instrument for the full sales amount if we allow the return.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

NOTE:  ALL NEW GUITARS and NEW AMPS are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee!  

Any warranty work needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repairs.

We inspect every item before it ships to ensure its working, but we have a NO RETURN policy on ALL used gear. 

USED guitars, amps, and pedals have no implied warranty.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Your funds must CLEAR prior to shipping.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

For delivery outside the Continental USA please call us for a quotation.  Note we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees if you are importing a guitar.  
There are many wood species used in guitars, you are at risk of confiscation of your guitar and we cannot help recover!  No sales of amps outside of the USA.
